Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all ELNIVITI fashion jewelry orders placed on our Indonesia exclusive official website, covering cross-border warehousing, domestic Indonesian logistics delivery, shipping fee standards, delivery timeline, parcel tracking, undeliverable goods handling and customs clearance rules, complying with Indonesian cross-border accessory import regulations. All products for shipment include our full jewelry range: layered necklaces, gemstone stud earrings, pearl drop earrings, floral brooches, black stone pendants, butterfly brooches, pearl bracelets, diamond bangles, ear cuffs and brand logo packaged gift boxes.

1. Shipping Service Coverage Scope

Our delivery service covers all legal domestic regions within the territory of Indonesia, including Java, Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Bali and other Indonesian archipelago provinces, cities and residential areas with valid postal codes. We currently do not support international cross-border delivery to countries outside Indonesia; all orders generated on this website are only processed for Indonesian domestic receiving addresses. Customers must provide complete, accurate local Indonesian delivery addresses with valid postal codes, including detailed house or apartment unit numbers to avoid delivery failure.

2. Shipping Charges & Available Delivery Options

  1. Standard Shipping Charge: Review the delivery charge displayed at checkout for your order and Indonesian receiving address before confirming the purchase.
  2. Delivery Offers: A delivery offer applies only when it is expressly displayed for your order at checkout. Review the final delivery charge before payment.
  3. Remote Archipelago Delivery Charge: Any delivery charge applicable to your destination is shown before you confirm the purchase. Check the amount for a remote Indonesian island address at checkout.
  4. Express Expedited Shipping Option: If expedited delivery is available for your address, its charge and option will be displayed at checkout for you to review before selecting it.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Timeframe

  1. Order Processing Period: After you complete successful payment for your jewelry order, our overseas cross-border warehouse team requires 1–3 working days for order sorting, jewelry quality re-inspection, anti-tarnish packaging, ELNIVITI brand gift box packing and customs declaration document preparation. Orders placed on Sundays or Indonesian national public holidays will start processing on the next working day.
  2. Standard Shipping Delivery Timeline: After warehouse dispatch, standard logistics parcels take 7–14 working days to arrive at your Indonesian delivery address, including cross-border customs clearance waiting time and domestic courier transit duration. Peak shopping seasons (national holiday promotions, year-end sales) may extend the standard delivery window by 3–5 additional working days due to customs and courier volume surges.
  3. Expedited Express Delivery Timeline: When expedited delivery is offered for the order, its estimated delivery duration is 4–7 working days after warehouse shipment. Expedited orders receive priority customs declaration processing to minimize clearance delays.
  4. Delivery Time Estimate Disclaimer: All stated delivery durations are estimated reference windows only; ELNIVITI shall not bear liability for delivery delays caused by uncontrollable external factors including Indonesian customs random inspection, courier operational delays, natural disasters, public transportation suspension or local regional lockdown policies.

4. Parcel Tracking & Delivery Notification Mechanism

  1. Tracking Information: Once your jewelry parcel departs our cross-border warehouse, email [email protected] with your order reference to request the available logistics tracking code. Use the courier’s tracking service to check parcel progress when a code has been issued.
  2. Delivery Record Questions: Keep the order details and any delivery record supplied by the courier. If you need help confirming receipt of an ELNIVITI jewelry parcel, email [email protected] with the order reference.
  3. Parcel Inspection Reminder: We strongly recommend customers to inspect the outer packaging integrity of the jewelry parcel while receiving delivery from couriers. If the package shows obvious extrusion, breakage or water damage that may damage delicate metal, pearl or gemstone accessories, you may refuse to sign for the parcel and immediately send an email to [email protected] with damaged package photos attached for after-sales processing.

5. Customs Clearance & Import Tax Regulation

  1. Customs Declaration Standard: All ELNIVITI jewelry parcels entering Indonesia will complete formal cross-border customs declaration under our brand import entity, with accurate commodity descriptions (fashion metal jewelry, pearl accessories, synthetic gem ornaments) and declared value matching your actual order payment amount, fully complying with Indonesian customs import commodity supervision rules.
  2. Import Duty & Tax Responsibility: The shipping fee charged at checkout already includes basic import customs clearance administrative fees for small-value fashion jewelry retail orders. If Indonesian customs conducts random inspection and assesses additional import tax or tariff on your parcel due to policy adjustments, the supplementary tax amount shall be borne by the customer as the recipient of imported goods, to be paid directly to the local courier upon parcel arrival.
  3. Prohibited Circumstances: Customers shall not request ELNIVITI to falsify declared commodity values or alter product descriptions to evade Indonesian import tax; any such custom demand will be rejected, and orders violating customs declaration rules will be suspended from shipment.

6. Undeliverable & Returned Parcel Handling Rules

  1. Failed Delivery Reasons: Parcels will be marked undeliverable if the recipient address is incomplete/incorrect, contact phone number cannot be reached after 3 courier attempts, recipient refuses to accept the parcel without valid quality defect grounds, or the recipient is absent without designated receiving agent for over 7 consecutive days.
  2. Return Parcel Disposal: Undeliverable jewelry parcels will be returned to our cross-border warehouse at the customer’s cost; the round-trip cross-border logistics fee and customs processing loss will be deducted from your order refund amount if you apply for return after parcel return.
  3. Abandoned Goods Regulation: If returned undeliverable parcels remain unclaimed by the customer for over 30 calendar days after warehouse receipt, ELNIVITI reserves the right to dispose of the jewelry goods without further refund obligation to the customer, due to long-term storage and logistics cost losses.
